Valerie focuses her area of practice on transactional matters related to design professionals. This includes drafting professional service agreements and shareholder agreements, performing mergers and acquisitions and handling corporate licensing issues.

Valerie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from George Mason University in 1999 and a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School in 2003.

Prior to joining Lee & McShane, Valerie was Associate Counsel of M.C. Dean, Inc. She is admitted to the bar in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia.
