Michael represents design professionals in construction-related litigation as well as counsels businesses and professional firms in corporate matters.

Prior to joining Lee & McShane, P.C., Michael practiced construction, employment and toxic tort litigation in New York.

Michael is a graduate of Washington and Lee University School of Law (J.D., 2007) and Fairfield University (B.A., cum laude, 2004). In law school, Michael participated in moot court and mock trial competitions.

Michael is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Virginia, New York and Connecticut, as well as in United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Virginia, Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York.
